Affected Bus Routes for In-Person School Tomorrow (2/5)

Good Evening,

We are working to hold in-person instruction tomorrow, February 5. However, we still have some roads that are impassable by school bus. You will be receiving a ParentSquare post momentarily with the list of impacted roads. If you live on one of these roads and are unable to transport your student by car, tardies and absences will be excused. As with any winter weather, conditions may change overnight and it may become necessary to cancel school. In this event, we will communicate this decision to you as soon as possible.

AFFECTED BUS ROUTES FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2026

WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. — We are working to hold in-person instruction tomorrow, Thursday, February 5. However, should conditions change overnight, the decision to cancel school may become necessary.

Tomorrow morning will look different for some of our families who utilize transportation services. Due to ongoing road conditions in Woodford County, several roads are impassable by school bus. Please see the list below for affected roads. For families who are unable to transport their students on the affected roads, tardies and absences will be excused during this time. The safety of our students, families, and staff is our top priority.

As our bus drivers take their routes slowly for extra precaution on the roads tomorrow, please be advised that delayed pick up times may be likely.

The below list is official as of 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4. It is possible that a road could be added tomorrow morning (Thursday, February 5) upon inspection by bus drivers. Should additional roads be added to the list of affected roads, the bus garage will contact impacted families.
